Domestic sales will be shipped via United States Postal Service Media Mail® at a flat rate of $2.69 in addition to book cost. Please allow 5-7 business days from order confirmation to arrive.

International sales will be shipped via United States Postal Service First-Class Mail® International at a flat rate of $10.72 in addition of book cost.
